When a book is returned 113 years overdue, a quirky Dutch librarian turns into a globe-trotting detective to find some answers. Driven by his burning curiosity, and armed with only a dry cleaning ticket and the initial "A.", he sets out on a comical, mysterious adventure. As his search leads him around the world and into surprising revelations of a long-forgotten past, he ultimately discovers what can only be described as a miracle. Or is it?
